Caregiver & Me!
AGE 2 up to 4 years old

Caregiver & Me! is a 45 min. class for children 2 up to 4 years old. This class is designed to give children and their caregivers an opportunity to explore gymnastics in a safe and fun environment. Your child will learn body and spatial awareness through basic gymnastic skills, work on age appropriate gross motor skills and hand-eye coordination through circuits on floor, Tumble TraK, bars and beam.

Caregiver participation required.

Pre-K / TK Gymnastics
AGE 4 – 5 years old

This 45 min. structured class is for children 4 to 5 years old who are potty trained and able to leave a caregiver in the lobby and follow instructor instructions. This class is designed to teach beginner gymnastics in a safe, structured and fun environment. We'll have a lot of fun learning jumps on the trampoline, learning how to balance on the beam, do cartwheels on floor, roll forward and backward, and swing from the bars!

Children must be able to independently use the restroom to participate in this class.

Kindergarten Gymnastics
AGE 5 – 6 years old

This 50 min. structured class is designed for our gymnasts in Kindergarten. From first time gymnasts to beginners with rising skills. gymnasts will be introduced to the fundamental skills of gymnastics, reaching towards accomplishing specific skills on floor, bars, beam and Tumble Tak. Each skill will be broken down in ways that are easy to understand and perform correctly while having fun!

Beginner Gymnastics
AGE 6 – 8 years old

This 50 min class focuses on learning begining level skills–working towards and perfecting cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, 3/4 handstands, bridges and back bends. As the class progresses more difficult skills will be introduced on floor, bars, beam and tumble track. Our focus in this program is to teach the proper skills and drills to learn the building blocks of gymnastics. This is a high-energy class that places emphasis on proper form, skill progression and fun!

Intermediate/Advanced
AGE 6 – 8 years old

This 60 min class builds on the Beginner Gymnastics foundation to master core gymnastics skills, while introducing the next progression to intermediate and advanced skill work. Gymnasts will begin to learn routine construction with an increased emphasis in technique, flexibility, and strength requirements. Completion of Beginner Gymnastics or Coaches approval with skill evaluation:

  • 3 in a row casts & glides

  • Pullover

  • Back hip circle w/light spot

  • Bridge Kick-over down a wedge

  • Vertical handstand hold

Registration How-To:

Park Gymnastics partners with Sawyer for registration so you can safely and easily book activities for your family. You will be prompted to set up an account with Sawyer if you do not already have one prior to being able to purchase your Class Session. Click on the registration links below that correspond to the class you would like to participate in to get started.

Waitlists

We open waitlists to full classes, and close waitlists after the first week of the session to prepare for re-enrollment. Waitlists start new for each session and do not carry over from one session to another.
