Pre-K / TK Gymnastics
Age 4 to 5 years old
Children must turn 4 by September 1, 2024. Children must be able to independently use the restroom to participate in this class.
Kindergarten Gymnastics
Age 5 to 6 years old
Children must turn 5 by September 1, 2024, and be enrolled in Kindergarten. Children must be able to independently use the restroom to participate in this class.
Beginner Gymnastics Level 1/2
Age 6 to 8 years old
Children must turn 6 by September 1, 2024, and be enrolled in 1st grade or above. Classes are combined levels, BG1 and BG2.
Beginner Gymnastics Level 2
Age 6 to 8 years old
Children must turn 6 by September 1, 2024, and be enrolled in 1st grade or above. Eligibility for this class is determined by the coach's skill assessment and approval.
Intermediate/Advanced
Age 6 to 8 years old
Eligibility for this class is determined by the coach's skill assessment and approval. For students transitioning from a previous intermediate class, please email us to inquire about registration.
Class Descriptions & Requirements

Age: 2–4 years old
Duration: 45 min
A fun introduction to gymnastics for toddlers, preschoolers, and their caregivers! This class promotes early gymnastics skills, body awareness, motor skills, and social development in a supportive environment.
✅ Requirement: Caregiver participation required, Must be age 2 by start of the registering session. -
Day & Time: Thursdays at 10:30am (1 hour)
Ages: 2–4 years (caregiver required)Bring your little gymnast to Hop & Hang: Tot Open Gym—a fun, informal session where tots explore the gym at their own pace! In this relaxed, curiosity-driven setting, children are encouraged to discover new movements and interact with the equipment in a safe and supervised environment. Perfect for introducing your tot to the joy of gymnastics while spending quality time together.

Age: 4–5 years old
Duration: 45 min
This structured class teaches beginner gymnastics in a safe, fun environment. Gymnasts will develop coordination, spatial awareness, and foundational skills on Bars, Tumble Trak, Beam, and Floor.
✅ Requirement: Children must turn 4 by September 1, 2024, for the 24/25 school year, and be fully potty trained. -
Age: 5–6 years old
Duration: 45 min
Designed for first-time gymnasts and beginners with rising skills, this class introduces fundamental gymnastics movements with skill progressions on Floor, Bars, Beam, and Vault.
✅ Requirement: Children must turn 5 by September 1, 2024, for the 24/25 school year and be enrolled in Kindergarten. Children must be fully potty trained. -
Age: 6–8 years old
Duration: 50 min
This class focuses on building strong gymnastics fundamentals through skill progressions on Floor, Bars, Beam, and Tumble Trak.✅ Requirement: Children must turn 6 by September 1, 2024 of the 24/25 school year, and be enrolled in 1st grade or above.
Class Levels:Beginner 1 (BG1) – For first-time gymnasts or those new to the sport.
Beginner 1/2 (BG1/2) – A mixed-level class for gymnasts progressing from BG1.
Beginner 2 (BG2) – For gymnasts who have mastered BG1 skills and are ready for more advanced skills and drills. Placement is determined by coaches assessment and approval.

Duration: 60 min
Building on the Beginner Gymnastics program, this class refines core skills while introducing advanced skills, strength, and flexibility. Gymnasts also begin routine construction, and build on from foundational skills to advanced skills.
✅ Requirement: Placement is determined by coach assessment.
👉 If your child is coming from a different gymnastics program and you believe they are at an intermediate level, please reach out to us to inquire about placement and registration. -
Age: 4–6 years old
Duration: 75 min 2x per week
Gym Gems is a pre-team gymnastics program at Park Gymnastics designed for young gymnasts who show potential and commitment to developing their skills. This program serves as a bridge to a future competitive team, focusing on strength, technique, and foundational routines.
✅ Requirement: Placement is determined by coach assessment and invitation to join. -

Registration How-To:
Park Gymnastics partners with Sawyer for registration so you can safely and easily book activities for your family. You will be prompted to set up an account with Sawyer if you do not already have one prior to being able to purchase your class session. Click on the registration links above that correspond to the class you would like to participate in to get started.
Waitlists
We open waitlists to full classes, and close waitlists after the first week of the session to prepare for re-enrollment. Waitlists are used to fill open spots during a session, and start new for each session there after. Waitlists do not carry over from one session to another.
Refunds
Please check your schedules closely prior to registering. Registration is non-refundable due to the high demand of our classes.

We’re Here All Year!
We offer gymnastics classes year-round, with four sessions, roughly around:Fall: August–November

Re-registering is Simple:
After each session, you’ll need to re-register to keep your child’s spot. Don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop with email reminders, gym announcements, and flyers.How to Re-register:
We’ll send you a link to your child’s class with a code to make re-registering quick and easy. Simply click the link and use the code to sign up for the next session.Need to Make a Change?
If your schedule changes and you need to switch classes, just reach out to us before the registration window opens. We can’t always guarantee a change, but we’ll do our best to help!
